1Where does OrgaNICE courier to?
Anywhere within South Africa.
2Does OrgaNICE courier internationally?
We currently only courier within South Africa.
Please make contact with us via email to enquire about couriering internationally.
3Can I courier to a PO BOX address?
No.
4How much will the courier charge be?
Free couriering is offered for all orders above a total value of R1500-00.
Courier costs will be calculated at checkout, once your delivery address has been added. This is an integrated system with our courier service provider.
Couriering within the local area of our offices (Johannesburg) will cost approximately R95-00 (for all orders under R1500-00).
Couriering nationally from our offices (Johannesburg) will cost approximately R135-00 (for all orders under R1500-00).
Please note that we use an external service provider for all our couriering needs, and that their pricing can change without prior notice.
5Do you have a showroom?
Unfortunately no showroom is available. We are an online store.
Please contact us for more information regarding consignment stock.
6How do I pay for my order?
We make use of Payfast. An external payment gateway provider.
Payfast is South Africa’s leading payment gateway offering fast and secure payments.
Please ensure that you familiarise yourself with Payfast’s terms and conditions before using their services.
7Can I return a purchase?
Yes. If you would like to return or exchange your order, you are welcome to do so within 14 days of the date of delivery. Please refer to our Returns Policy on our website.
You will be responsible for the couriering costs of returning the item back to us.
You will then be able to choose something else from our online store or we will offer you a refund once we have received the item unopened and in a saleable and/or original condition.
8How long does it take for my order to be couriered?
If the item you have ordered is in stock, please allow for 1-3 working days for us to dispatch you order.
If the item you have ordered is out of stock, please allow a 7-21 day lead time for us to re-stock and dispatch your order.
OrgaNICE will not be held responsible for any delays caused by our external service provider/contracted courier service/s.
9How will I know when my order has been couriered?
You will receive notification via email that your order has been dispatched.
On this email you will find details on how to track your order.
10How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Our external courier provider aims to deliver within 1-7 working days.
Please note that their delivery policy can change without prior notice.
11Can I deliver an item directly to a friend or family member as a gift?
Yes.
Please clearly indicate under “ADDITIONAL NOTES” that the item/s purchased is/are a gift and we will exclude the invoice from your physical order. (You will still receive an invoice via email)
Please also note the name of the friend or family member, as well as the celebration or personal message and we will gladly write a personal note on your behalf.
You must ensure that you enter the friend or family member’s address as the delivery address. The billing address would be your address.
12My product is damaged, what can I do?
If your order is damaged in anyway on delivery, please notify us immediately on hello@organice.co.za. We will evaluate the damage to the product/s and proceed from there.
